About Covid
With the covid-19 slowly decreasing worldwide, the Tour and Travel Industry have started to slowly recover but thanks to the W.H.O and those who are fully vaccinated, Kenya is still continuing to re-open the travel business. The tour industries have been told to guide those infected with Covid or are unvaccinated accordingly. So you don’t have to worry.
Currently, the world is still recovering from the Covid pandemic and lives are returning back to normal but it's not end yet. We still encourage our clients to carry a liquid sanitizer and an antibacterial soap or wipes
Payment
Because we have worked for more than a decade, we understand that your money’s security is the first priority before booking anything. Don’t worry, with the topic of money being so sensitive, we offer the clients ways of a secure money transfer known by many like Bank Transfer and more to either send a deposit or a full payment. Here is the payment structure we created after consulting some of our clients:
Deposit
A deposit is required for the tour operator to reserve and book the client’s accommodations.
Balance
Once the payment has been received by the client, a comprehensive receipt will be promptly generated and sent to them, marking the commencement of the booking process. The remaining balance, if any, can be conveniently submitted by the client within a generous timeframe of up to one month. Our team places great emphasis on facilitating a seamless and efficient transaction process, guaranteeing an effortless and satisfying experience for our esteemed clients.
Refund
Unfortunately at some point, the booked tour can not be fulfilled or a change of plan and clients would like for a refund. Here at African Challenge Safaris, we offer the refund and solutions so that the client and us can agree with. The refund return highly depends on the accommodation booked and the duration spent. The refund will be given according to these dates:
